About Us |
UCSD California Health Professional Student Alliance (CaHPSA) is a student-run, statewide organization that advocates for healthcare justice and education in California. The UCSD chapter was established to create opportunities for students in San Diego to network with local professionals who have an interest in addressing healthcare disparities.
CaHPSA consists of passionate students and health professionals who work to establish a universal, comprehensive, and affordable healthcare system, financed through a non-profit single-payer. What do we do? One of our biggest goals is to educate students about Single-Payer Health Care. We also hold three main events every year - Northern and Southern California Conferences and Lobby Day. Lastly, we assist in starting and building CaHPSA chapters at other campuses in California. For more information, visit cahpsa.org |
